Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the BioSync Labs website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
BioSync Labs provides AI consulting, system design, and implementation services. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms for each engagement are defined in individual service agreements signed by both parties.
Intellectual Property
For client engagements: all custom code, workflows, and systems built for you are your intellectual property upon full payment, as outlined in your service agreement. BioSync Labs retains no ownership of client deliverables.
The BioSync Labs website, branding, and marketing materials remain the intellectual property of BioSync Labs LLC.
Use of Website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site
- Use the site to transmit harmful or malicious content
- Reproduce or redistribute website content without permission
Scheduling and Consultations
Strategy sessions booked through our website are complimentary and do not constitute a binding service agreement. Service engagements begin only upon execution of a formal agreement.
Limitation of Liability
BioSync Labs provides this website and its content on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of any information on this site.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
